Why We Recommend Elite Makeovers
Over the years, we’ve seen how important reliability and communication are during a renovation. One of the biggest frustrations homeowners can face is not knowing what is happening, when trades will arrive, or whether delays are being managed properly.
That is one of the areas where Elite Makeovers stands out.
From our experience, their team places a strong focus on communication and project management throughout the renovation. Clients receive regular contact, including end-of-week check-ins to discuss progress, raise any concerns and make sure nothing is being overlooked. It means homeowners feel listened to and involved throughout the process rather than left wondering what is happening behind the scenes.
Their project management is another major strength. Elite Makeovers sets realistic timelines from the beginning and, if a delay does occur, clients are kept informed ahead of time. In our experience, most delays in renovation projects tend to come from product availability or supplier lead times, and having a team that communicates those issues early makes a significant difference.
The professionalism of the trades also stood out to us. Their team is respectful inside the home, conducts themselves professionally and clearly takes pride in their workmanship. That care is reflected in the finished result.
Just as importantly, the care starts before demolition even begins.
Elite Makeovers takes the time to properly protect the home before work starts, including flooring and areas likely to be affected by dust or construction debris. That level of preparation can easily be overlooked, but it has a major impact on the overall renovation experience.
At the end of the project, the same attention to detail continues with a thorough professional clean. This goes beyond simply removing visible construction mess. We were particularly impressed by the level of detail involved in cleaning newly tiled areas, including removing excess grout residue that can otherwise be left behind on finished tiles.
It is the type of detail many homeowners may not notice immediately, but it can make a real difference to how clean and finished a new kitchen or bathroom feels.
For us, that combination of reliability, communication, realistic scheduling, respectful trades, careful site protection and detailed project management is why Elite Makeovers remains one of the renovation companies we are most comfortable recommending to homeowners in Perth.
If you’re planning a kitchen, bathroom or laundry renovation in Perth, Elite Makeovers is a company we believe is well worth considering.
